Yin Yoga invites us to slow down, become more receptive and develop a different relationship with the body, breath and mind.

Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Glasgow goes beyond learning a series of postures. You’ll explore the principles, philosophy, anatomy and teaching methodology of Yin Yoga, developing a deeper understanding of both the practice itself and how to share it with others.

The training is practice-led and experiential. Each training day begins with a Yin Yoga practice, giving you the opportunity to experience and embody the teachings before exploring the theory and practical application behind them.

You’ll be encouraged to observe, question, reflect and develop your own understanding of Yin, rather than simply learning a prescribed way of teaching.
