Terms and Conditions
Refund Policy
We are unable to offer refunds or credit for any purchases including courses, class passes, memberships, workshops, coaching, shamanic healing, shamanic circles and retreats
Deposits for retreats and teacher training events are non refundable.
Class Bookings
Classes are paid for in advance
Class bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance. If you have a class pack, the amount will be credited back to your account.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, no refund will be issued and if you have a class pack, the class will not be credited back to your account.
We cannot credit missed classes back for any reason including illness, COVID, injury, emergency, football traffic, change in work pattern.
Those with a Monthly Unlimited, Founder, or Yearly Membership, or the Inner Glow Toolkit will automatically be charged a fee of £5 for late cancellations or no-shows.
Meridian 5, Monthly and Yearly Memberships give you access to guest passes you can use to invite friends and family to class. If your guest needs to cancel they can do so though their own momence account linked to the email you entered on booking. If your guest late cancels or doesn’t show up to class the £5 fee will automatically be charged to the person with the membership.
Please note that expiry dates on class packs cannot be extended for any reason such as illness, COVID, injury, pregnancy, change in work pattern, delays due to football traffic.
Please note that classes cannot be credited back and late cancellation fees cannot be waived for any reason, as listed above.
Class Packs
Single class credit expires 5 weeks after 1 month purchase date
5 for £35 Introductory Pass expires 5 weeks after purchase date
10 class pass expires 4 months after purchase date
Class packs cannot be refunded for any reason including injury, illness, pregnancy
Class packs do not cover courses and workshops as more time, planning, preparation and overheads are involved.
Monthly Membership
Unlimited & Meridian 5 memberships are a 3 month minimum contract. If you decide to end your contract at the end of the 3 month period you will be able to do this through your account with us at Momence.
Your monthly membership will roll from the date you set it up, with the amount being automatically debited from your payment card.
Meridian 5: cannot be carried over from one month to another for any reason such as sickness,COVID, holiday, injury, working overtime etc
Beginners Courses
Please note that missed sessions cannot be carried over
Missed sessions are non refundable
Credits from class packs cannot be used to pay for the course
Yoga courses are non refundable

Payments
The full cost of the mentorship programme is £720
Payment Options:
Upfront payment: £720 due in full at the time of booking
Payment Plan: 6 monthly instalments of £130 each. The first payment of £130 is due at the time of booking, followed by 5 further payments of £130 every 30 days. All payments are non-refundable
Payment Plan Obligations
By choosing the payment plan, you agree to pay the full balance of £780 over 6 instalments
Entering into a payment plan creates a binding financial commitment for the full amount
If you choose to terminate or withdraw from the mentoring programme before completion, you remain responsible for paying the remaining instalments of the agreed plan
Coaching sessions may be paused if payments are not kept up to date
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must give at least 24 hours notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a missed session and cannot be rescheduled or carried over
Missed sessions are forfeited and are not refundable
Session Expiry
All sessions must be used within 6 months of the first scheduled coaching session unless other agreed in writing
Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are not refundable
Provider Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time
Commitment and Results
Mentoring requires commitment from both parties. While every effort will be made to support you in achieving your business goals, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed
Final Agreement
By booking and submitting payment (either in full or by instalment plan) you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Meridian Glasgow
Holiday Policy
Please note that by purchasing a class pass or a membership, you agree to the relevant expiration period, including all posted holidays during which class times are changed or cancelled. Please ensure you plan your attendance accordingly as we cannot extend expiry dates on passes or memberships. All holiday dates will be posted on the schedule for your convenience.
Shamanic Healing Sessions & Reiki
Payment is made for Shamanic Healing, Reiki and wellbeing packages at the time of booking.
Shamanic Sessions can be rearranged if this is requested within 24 hours of your session.
Sessions from the well being package cannot be credited back if you cancel out-with the 24 hour window or fail to show up.
Please note Shamanic Healing, Reiki Sessions and Well Being Packages cannot be refunded for any reason.
Teacher Training
Cancellation and No Refund Policy
All payments made towards the training are strictly non refundable
A place on the training will only be confirmed once initial payment is received
Spaces on the training are very limited and your booking secures one of these places
Cancellations by the Participant
No refunds will be issued for cancellations at any time. This includes, but is not limited to:
Cancellations made at any time before the course start date
Failure to attend the training, partial attendance, withdrawal, or failure to complete the programme for any reason
We regret that no exceptions can be made in cases of illness, family emergencies, pregnancy, changes in employment, international emergencies, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics including COVID or any other un-forseen circumstances
We reserve the right to cancel your place during the course if any scheduled payments are missed
Cancellations by the Provider
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or significantly change the training participants will be offered the choice of a full refund of course fees or a transfer of fees to a rescheduled training date
We will not be responsible for any other direct or indirect costs (such as travel, accommodation, or loss of income) incurred by participants. For this reason, we strongly recommend that participants purchase appropriate insurance
Transfers & Substitutions
Course fees are non transferable to other courses, future training or other individuals
Insurance
We strongly recommend that participants purchase comprehensive cancellation and/or travel insurance to cover personal losses if you are unable to attend for any reason
Communication of Cancellations
Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to michelle@meridianyogaglasgow.com
Late Assignments & Additional Support
Late Assignments and Additional Support
All assignments are to be submitted by the stated deadlines. Where an assignment is received after the due date, a £25 administrative fee + VAT will apply per late submission, up to a maximum of £75 + VAT
Should additional tuition, mentoring, or support be required to complete coursework, this can be arranged at my standard coaching rate of £110 per hour.
Final Agreement
By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full
This non-refund policy is firm and binding
