I started yoga via home online classes around 7 years ago, before I had my ADHD diagnosis. I found it immediately helpful and I couldn’t keep the habit and it faded out. I looked for a long time for a beginner “focused” class rather than beginner “friendly”. It felt like it migt create a safe space, which it totally did.

When I first attended Michelle’s classes I was feeling anxious that my injuries would prevent me from being able to do all the yoga postures in the class, however Michelle made sure I was feeling confident enough and safe enough in my practice making adjustments to postures as needed to prevent any further injuries. She’s always ready to listen to our concerns and make adjustments as needed.
